About the Author

I am a Partner at Diamond Management & Technology Consultants (NASDAQ: DTPI). I have spent most of my career in applying ‘great’ ideas and bringing them to market. I spent more than fifteen years on designing agent-based systems, building the architectures for such systems, and applying it in a wide-variety of exciting domains. Following this I moved on to strategic consulting to bring more analytical rigor and systems thinking in addressing strategic and operational issues for businesses across a number of sectors including financial services, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare, defence and aerospace sectors.

I have worked in five continents in over ten countries and am fascinated by the cultural diversities and similarities. I have a MSc(Tech) in Computer Science from BITS Pilani in India, a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from University of Sydney in Australia, and an MBA from Melbourne Business School in Australia.

My current interests are in combining agent-based simulation with system dynamics to develop business and market design patterns, simulate and deploy them.
